Einladung zu einer kleinen, günstigen, gemeinsamen Reise zu den internationalen Recruiting Trends

Wie ist die Situation?

Oft bin ich einer der wenigen deutschsprachigen Recruiter, die sich hin und wieder über die Grenzen in andere Länder "wagt", über den nationalen Tellerrand schaut und und sich dort einmal von den Trends im Recruiting auch für den deutschsprachigen Raum inspirieren lässt (eine Liste mit meinen nationalen und internationalen Empfehlungen finden Sie hier). Einige der Länder sind uns 5-10 Jahre im Recruiting voraus, da gibt es viel zu lernen. Vor Ort freue ich mich immer über jedes bekannte Gesicht aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Es ist nur schade, dass es so wenige sind. Das möchte ich gerne einmal ändern.

2019 war ich zum ersten Mal auf dem Recfest in London und war komplett begeistert: Ein richtiges Festival mit Vortragszelten, Musikzelten, Heuballen, Foodtrucks und ja auch Dixi-Klos. Innovationen, Kompetenz auf internationalem Niveau und eine tolle Stimmung.

Wie ist der Plan?

Genau weiß ich leider nicht, warum die deutschsprachigen Recruiter bisher so zurückhaltend sind. Aber ich will mal versuchen, eine kleine Reisegruppe zusammen zu stellen.

Falls es an den Kosten liegt, da habe ich jetzt einen sehr günstigen Vorschlag:

Was erwartet Sie als Teilnehmer?

Wie schon 2019 gibt es 5 sogenannte Zones mit unterschiedlichen Inhalten und Zielgruppen. Man kann sich aber natürlich alles anschauen. Gut, eins hatte ich vergessen: Englisch sollte man schon verstehen können ;-)
